Prawn Cocktail

Atlantic prawns served on a bed of mixed lettuce leaves topped with our homemade seafood sauce.


Wild Mussels - “A House Speciality”

Served with a full flavoured yet light cider and shallot cream sauce.


Smoked Duck & Cashel Blue Cheese

Thinly sliced smoked duck breast with Cashel blue cheese. poached pear, pecan nuts and Highbank apple syrup.

Main Courses

Supreme of Chicken

With wild mushroom sauce, fresh seasonal vegetables & spring onion mash potato.


Braised Lamb Shank

Country joint of lamb shank braised for a minimum of 12 hours that allows the meat to simply drop off the bone, in a rich lamb and red wine jus with root vegetables & spring onion mash potato.


Roasted Organic Salmon

Sesame green beans, spring onion mash potato & a creamy orange and lemon sauce.


Traditional Bacon & Cabbage

Traditionally cooked loin of bacon, spring onion mash potato, buttered cabbage and parsley sauce.


Irish Mountain Lamb Stew

A classic combination of tender diced lamb, stewed slowly with potato, carrots, celery & pearl barley. Served with a crescent puff pastry in a unique cast iron dish.


Featherblade Beef

Slowly cooked Angus beef, seasonal fresh vegetables, spring onion mash potato & O’Hara Stout gravy.


Traditional Seafood Pie

Various white smoked fish and shellfish all bound in a rich white veloute sauce topped with puff pastry, seasonal fresh vegetables and spring onion mash potato.


Vegetable Lasagne
Mixed seasonal vegetables combined with layers of pasta, tomato and basil sauce topped with mature cheddar and parmesan cheese.

Banoffee Cream Pie

Biscuit base topped with homemade toffee and freshly sliced bananas, finished with whipped cream.


Johnnie Fox’s Famous Whiskey Cake

This recipe has been kept a secret for over 130 years. A sinfully delicious moist sponge cake heavily laced with whiskey, then layered with fresh cream and toffee sauce.


Apple Pie

Just like our Foxy Grandmother used to make - sweet short pastry filled with fresh apple pieces. Served with cream or ice cream.
